I N G R E D I E N T S

>> Chia Pudding

+ 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
+ 1/3 cup chia seeds
+ maple syrup
+ vanilla extract

>> Apple sauce

+ 1 semi sweet apple
+ raisins
+ cinnamon
+ water

>> Topping

+ coconut flakes
+ sunflower seeds

 

 

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. Mix all the ingredients for the chia pudding in a jar, stir well, close the lid and let it rest overnight in the fridge

2. The next morning: slice one apple into big chunks and place them in a pot with some water, cinnamon and raisins. Place the pot on the stove until apples are soft and water is thickened, like some sort of syrup.

3. Take the chia seed pudding out of the fridge, divide it over two bowls and pour the warm apple sauce on top

4. Sprinkle some cocos flakes and sunflower seeds over your pudding for extra texture and flavour.

 


*Use your own tastebuds to decide the amounts of the ingredients for this dish. Some people like super sweet, others like quite spicy. This is a basic recipe, so go ahead and play with the ingredients. Suggestion: sliced almonds instead of sunflower seeds.
